THE WORKSHOPS

Mandala creation
Used in the traditional sense, the mandala means sacred circle, the womb of creation.
I lead this as an intention that develops and grows from a small intricate centre, the thoughts of the patterns that you place on the page develop with confidence as you reach the outer circle . Bringing some completion. Your mandala will be a reminder of the extension of yourself you experienced during its creation.
A beautiful way to be creative

The spiritual meaning of the butterfly encompasses transformation, rebirth, and personal growth. It represents the journey of self-discovery and the ability to change and evolve. Butterflies symbolize freedom, lightness, and joy, reminding us to let go of burdens and embrace a sense of liberation.
Create your your own
Connect with your dreams identity and mood, by creating yourself as a butterfly through shape , colour and pattern, an artwork that documents your journey at this stage on your path.

Transformational
Butterflies
It is never to late to spread your wings
and embrace the changes that your life brings,
Be majestic as you take the leap,
and let her wings hold you as you sleep,
Create the magic as you dream.
You will become bolder then you seem.
The butterflies dance is not by your side by chance .

Affirmation cards are a great way to boost the light in your spiritual day. These pretty little cards are made in mixed media and the affirmations are created by the students, resulting in a more personal affirmation that will resonate more when 2 or 3 cards are picked from your daily shuffle.
